This essay highlights the disconnect between formal education and job market needs in the Philippines. It emphasizes the urgency of aligning curricula with industry requirements to reduce unemployment and underemployment among graduates. By promoting school-industry partnerships, technical training, and relevant skills development, education can truly prepare students for meaningful employment.
