This article examines how digital leadership, empowered by Information and Communication Technology (ICT), is transforming educational management in the Philippines. It highlights the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Student Information Systems (SIS), and communication platforms to enhance decision-making, streamline operations, and foster stakeholder engagement. While challenges in infrastructure and training persist, the integration of ICT equips school leaders to act with clarity, speed, and inclusivity.
